Quick garlic buttery noodles
This recipe is an extremely simple fix for a bare pantry. It’s so easy a caveman could do it. (Don’t sue me Geico, I don’t have the cash.)
Bring about 8 cups of SALTY water to a boil. Make it taste like the ocean. I like salt, is it obvious? Add a tbsp of olive oil so the noodles won’t stick.
Start with about a half box (1/2 lbs) of spaghetti noodles and boil for 12 minutes. When the noodles are cooked, drain them and pour noodles back in the pot.
Throw in 6tbsp of butter to create a buttery paradise. Tip: Use margarine for a bold buttery taste. If you are unsure of how much butter to put it, start small… taste… adjust…taste… bingo!
Chop up three or four cloves of garlic, depending on how garlic-y you like it.
Toss the garlic in the pot.
Then measure out 1/4 of a cup of Parmesan cheese and toss it in.
Stir, stir, and stir some more. That’s it. Eat and enjoy.
