Preheat oven to 375 degrees. |

Coat a baking sheet with 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Trim asparagus and place on the baking sheet. Layer the cod fillets on top of the asparagus then place lemon slices. Cut in half lengthwise 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes and sprinkle over baking sheet along with the capers. |
