The sock monkey fruit tray was deliciously stocked with chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate and vanilla swirled marshmallows, and sock monkey fruit skewers. The skewers themselves were inspired from Pinterest and Amber came up with the idea to do chocolate dipped strawberries and marshmallows on the bottom layer of the tray.

The fruit skewers were a delicious mix of tartness from the kiwi and sweetness from the banana. Then the whole skewer is topped off with a plump, red strawberry.

If you make these, be sure to coat your bananas in lemon juice to keep them from browning. Brown bananas might match Mr. sock monkey, but make your guests rather squeamish. On another note, the skewers were made to stand on their ends vertically and do require a substantial base to keep them up. Of course, you could arrange them however you like.

These would make a delicious summertime picnic snack as well.

The marshmallows are drizzled with brown chocolate and red vanilla (which can be found at your local Crafts 2000).
